IMEX and GMIC team up to present the International "Green" awards

IMEX and the GMIC are once again teaming up to present the International "Green" awards to recognize environmental commitment within the meetings industry. Recipients will be named in the Green Meeting Awards, Green Supplier Awards, Green Exhibitor Award, and Commitment to the Community Award categories.

Award finalists (previous winners) will be recognized at a ceremony during the IMEX Gala Dinner, in the IMEX daily papers, IMEX Briefing, and the IMEX Corporate Responsibility stand, as well as during the GMIC's Sustainable Meetings Conference and on both the GMIC and IMEX websites. Nominations are now open and must be received no later than February 28, 2010.
